70 pound weight limit Breed Restrictions: The following breeds are prohibited regardless of weight: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf hybrids, Mastiff, Wolf, German Shephard), cats, birds, fish, hamsters, reptiles, and other caged/enclosed animals (“Approved Pets”). Approved Pets will be deemed as such by Property Owner in Property Owner’s sole discretion.
